We have reserved your scheduled appointment specifically for you. While we understand that certain unforeseen events my sometimes require that you miss an appointment, if possible though, we request at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible when you need to change or cancel your appointment.


Our financial team is dedicated to helping ensure you receive the maximum insurance benefits you are entitled to. Insurance policies vary greatly, so we are only able to give you an estimate of your coverage. As a courtesy to you, we will file insurance claims for you once treatment has started and allow them 45 days to make payment. We are always available to answer any questions you may have regarding your account and/or our insurance policy.
